Cleaning your home in Toulouse

Keeping a home in shape week after week, giving it a thorough going-over or handing it back to a landlord: the work isn't the same. Here is how we approach each one.

Handing over your keys: what it involves

Letting someone into your home is no small thing. Before the first visit, we go round the home with you: priority rooms, delicate surfaces, products to avoid, things that must not be moved. These instructions are written down and passed on to the person who will come, and to whoever would stand in for them if they were away.

If you're at work when we clean, you can leave us a key. Handing it over and returning it follow a procedure agreed in advance, which you approve. Our cleaners are trained and legally declared, and every visit is covered by our professional liability insurance.

For a home being emptied or changing tenants, the logic is different: there's no furniture left to work around, but an inventory checklist to satisfy. The page on move-out cleaning explains this in detail.

FAQ

Home cleaning: practical questions

Is it always the same person who comes?

Yes, a dedicated cleaner is assigned to your home. If they are away, a replacement takes over with your instructions, so the visit still goes ahead.

Do I need to provide the vacuum cleaner and products?

No, we come equipped. If you'd like a particular product used on a parquet floor or a worktop, leave it out for us: we'll use it on that surface.

Can I book a single deep clean without a contract?

Yes. Deep cleaning, move-out cleaning and decluttering are one-off jobs, priced individually after a visit.

A home to keep clean or put back in order?

Tell us the floor area, the number of rooms and what you expect: we come and take a look before quoting.
