Cleaner dusting a shelf in a living room

What a visit includes

A cleaning visit follows a simple order: first we dust anything high up (shelves, tops of furniture, picture frames, reachable light fittings), then the work surfaces, and we finish with the floors, so nothing that falls lands on something already clean. In the kitchen: worktop, hob, appliance fronts and sink; in the bathroom: shower or bath, washbasin, taps and mirrors; the toilets are disinfected. Floors are vacuumed, then washed with a product suited to the surface: oiled parquet isn't treated like tiles.

The frequency depends on how the home is lived in. Someone living alone in a small flat is often fine with a visit every two weeks; with children or a pet, a weekly visit soon becomes necessary. Regular cleaning is billed monthly, by the hour or at a fixed price, as set out in the quote.

It's the same person who comes back each time. If they are away, a replacement takes over with your instructions: you don't have to explain everything again. And if you're at work when we come, you can leave us a key, handed over and returned according to a procedure we agree together.

FAQ

Home cleaning: what people ask us

Do I need to be there for the first visit?

It's better if you are: you show us the priority rooms, the delicate surfaces and what shouldn't be moved. After that, many clients are no longer at home when we come.

How long does a visit take?

It all depends on the floor area, the number of bathrooms and the starting condition: that's exactly what the visit is for. A well-kept one-bedroom flat doesn't need the time a house with three bathrooms does.

What if I want a particular product for my parquet?

Leave it out for us: we'll use it on that surface. For everything else, we bring our own products and equipment.
