At home, at work, after building work or behind a window
Pick the situation closest to yours: each one explains what we do, how we go about it, and what it doesn't include.
For households
Regular cleaning, deep cleans, moving out and decluttering: looking after a home that is lived in or changing hands.
Businesses & buildings
Offices, shops, apartment buildings and venues: regular or one-off visits, fitted around your hours rather than ours.
Renovation cleaning
After building work or before repainting: fine dust, marks and grimy walls.
Windows & shutters
Windows, glass doors, shop fronts, shutters and blinds, as long as you can get to them from the ground, a balcony or a stepladder.
What we agree on together
- 1
A visit, then the quote
We come and see the rooms or premises before putting a figure on anything. The quote that follows is free, and you are under no obligation to accept it.
- 2
Frequency and pricing
Regular cleaning billed monthly, a one-off job priced on its own, or extra help for a season: charged by the hour or at a fixed price, whichever suits the job best.
- 3
Keys and access
You don't need to be home while we work. Keys left with us follow a hand-over and return procedure agreed in advance.
- 4
Follow-up
A dedicated cleaner, cover arranged if they are away, and for businesses, inspection visits followed by a report.
Cleaning, the Toulouse way
Old terracotta tomettes and parquet in the city centre, large-format tiles in newer residences, fine dust blown in by the autan wind: we adapt products and methods to each home, and we clean where nobody looks — window runners, door tops, behind the taps.

The questions we're asked first
Do you work for households or for businesses?
Both. For households, we do routine cleaning, deep cleans, move-outs and decluttering. For businesses, we look after offices, shops, the communal areas of apartment buildings, washrooms and event venues.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. We come and see the home or premises, then send you a free quote. You're free not to go ahead.
Do I have to sign up for a whole year?
No. Regular cleaning is billed monthly, a one-off job is priced on its own, and a need concentrated over a few weeks can be handled as a seasonal service. You choose the arrangement that fits your situation.
Are you insured if something gets damaged?
Yes: professional liability insurance covers any damage that might occur while we are working.
