Arrangements that follow your needs, not the other way round
Most of our clients start with a single request (a move-out clean, offices to take over, a neglected stairwell) and then add whatever is missing. There's no need to hand everything over at once: a one-off job is priced on its own, regular cleaning is billed monthly, and a need concentrated over a few weeks can be handled as a seasonal service.
Whatever the case, we arrive with our own products and equipment, we can work while you're out if you give us access, and our work is covered by professional liability insurance. Pricing is by the hour or a fixed price, whichever is clearest for the service in question.
