Getting a room back in shape, before or after building work
Building work leaves dust that keeps settling for days, and the years leave a film on walls that no paint will cover. Two services deal with them.

Before the painting, after the tradespeople
Wall washing and after-builders cleaning often follow one another. You wash the walls of a flat before repainting, the tradespeople come in, then the dust, splashes and labels have to be removed before you live there or hand it over. We take on either stage, or both, for homeowners renovating as well as for building firms that need to hand over a clean home or unit.
When the work follows an insured loss and the insurer is covering the cleaning, we prepare the quote and deal directly with the loss adjuster to save you the back and forth.
Renovation cleaning: your questions
Can you come while the tradespeople are still there?
It's better to wait until the dusty work is finished. Cleaning done during sanding or cutting has to be redone the next day. We can, however, schedule our visit right after the last trade leaves.
I run a building firm: do you work as a subcontractor?
Yes, we work for building firms that need to hand over a clean site to their client. The quote is drawn up after a visit, work package by work package if needed.
My insurance is covering the cleaning: what do I do?
Send us the loss adjuster's details. We price the clean-up and liaise with them so the quote matches what they found.
Building work finished or coming up?
Send us the square metres involved, the type of work and the planned handover date.
