How a cleaning contract is set up

Site visit
We walk round the premises with you: surfaces, floor coverings, washrooms, access, time constraints and areas not to be touched.

Specification and quote
The tasks for each visit, those that come round less often, the frequency, the time slots. The quote is free.

A dedicated cleaner
The same person comes back to your site. If they're away, a replacement trained on your instructions takes over.

Inspection and report
Inspection visits take place during the contract, and you receive the report.
Outside your opening hours
Our visits fit around your business: early morning before staff arrive, evenings after closing, and when needed overnight, on a weekend or a public holiday. A regular contract is billed monthly; a one-off clean or extra help is priced on its own.
We work in very different places (offices, retail floors and their stockrooms, practices, schools and childcare settings, gyms, workshops, warehouses, public buildings, serviced residences) and for a range of clients: businesses, property managers, landlords, letting agents, building contractors. Equipment and products are supplied, and our work is covered by professional liability insurance.
Business contracts: what you want to know
Can you cover several of our sites?
Yes, if the sites are within our area around Toulouse. Each site has its own instruction sheet and time slots, and everything can be brought together in a single contract.
Do you work with building managers (syndics)?
Yes. Cleaning of communal areas and bin management are contracted with the syndic or the residents' council (conseil syndical), which also receives the inspection reports.
Who supplies washroom consumables?
We can supply and restock them, paper, soap and hand towels included. The details are on the washrooms and changing rooms page.
