Clear windows and shutters that get their colour back

Glazed surfaces and what protects them, for homes and shops alike, within reach from the ground.

Cleaner using a squeegee on a large French window

What we do, and where we stop

We work on whatever can be reached from the ground, a balcony, a terrace or a stepladder: windows and French windows, sliding patio doors, ground-floor shop fronts, ground-level conservatories, shutters, blinds and railings. Glass facades on buildings, roof glazing and anything that requires a cherry picker, scaffolding or rope access are outside our services: we'd rather tell you before we come.

Within that scope, we take time over what makes the difference: frames, seals, tracks where dust builds up, the corners a squeegee can't reach. A clean window with a dirty track gets dirty again the first time it's opened.

FAQ

Windows and shutters: your questions

How many times a year should windows be cleaned?

For a house, once a season is often enough, more often near a busy road or a building site. A shop front needs doing much more frequently, sometimes weekly: it's the first thing customers see.

Can you do the windows and shutters on the same day?

Yes, and it's actually the logical order: shutters and railings first, since their rinse water splashes, then the windows.

Do you clean windows in an upper-floor flat?

Yes, for everything that opens or can be cleaned from inside, a balcony or a terrace. The outside of a fixed pane on an upper floor, which can't be reached without working-at-height equipment, is excluded.
